"I used to order from Chewy because I can't stand lugging 50 lb bags of dog food and 35 lb cat litter. I get coupons in the mail from PSP all the time so I ordered from them and got free delivery and the coupon and I earn reward points. Not only that, if I order by 11am I usually receive it by 2 pm! How is this not the best thing ever? They have everything I need even if they are not a huge warehouse size store. Try it and you will love it too. When I do go in the store everyone is friendly and helpful."

"The store is clean and well stocked, I never had an issue until I tried the groomer. She made it as difficult as possible and when I managed to follow all of the rules and get her what she needed, she took her frustrations out on my dog and somehow made the cutest dog on the planet look very bad. I believe that they are understaffed and overwhelmed. They do not have the time it takes to properly brush out and actually groom a dog. What you end up with is a bad buzz cut that you will have to even out, it will take months and a professional groomer to straighten out. I probably could have done a better job myself. Longer where it should be short and short where it should be long, crooked. Not to mention a bit overpriced. I truly believe that she did it so that I would not come back again, and she would be right. I will also take my pet supply business somewhere else. Absolutely hands down my worst experience with a groomer in 30 years! My advice would be, go anywhere else! I have included before and after pictures for clarification, Koko is a 1 1/2 year old 12 lb. Schnoodle and as sweet as she can be. She doesn't have a mean bone in her body and this groomer did this to her. She has no business being a groomer in my opinion. Bad attitude, zero customer service skills, no passion or drive to be better, and very poor grooming skills. I will let the pictures speak for themselves."
