"I took 2 boxes at the East Orange office on December 2nd and paid for it to be shipped by air. I was told that the flight will leave on December 3rd. It's now almost 3 weeks, my boxes hasn't been shipped and all I am being told is that they have a backlog. However I was told that a flight left on Friday for Guyana and I will be notified if it's on that flight. I am calling Guyana not getting through, I am calling the Main Street office no one is answering. These people has a bad customer service, people pay their money and they are not answering your calls. Please don't do business with Solomon Shipping in Main Steet."
"Worst ship company I ever. They give you a time frame and don’t show up no calls. Next day you call they tell you again and no show or calls. They are the worst company bad customer service. Wast of two days waiting at home. They don’t value your time."
"Where do I begin?! I first called KS to enquire about their shipping rates to Guyana. I called the “office” number and a young lady by the name of Jenny answered; maybe 30 seconds into our conversation she told me “ I will call you back because I am going into subway and will lose service”. At this point, I should have known something was off. Fast forward 30-60 minutes later she called me back from a different number and we had a very pleasant chat about price estimates and arrival times via air shipment. I took my box into the off on Thursday 11/30. I was told my air shipment will arrive in Guyana on Wednesday 12/6. The Tuesday before package arrived, I contacted “Jenny” via text messages ( she granted permission to text her) asking her for the contact information in Guyana to obtain package. She then proceeds to tell me that there had been some delay and the package won’t be there until Friday 12/8. No big deal, I understood things happen etc. All smooth sailing so far. Friday morning has now arrived and my family in Guyana calls the local office and the individual who answered the phone was very very rude and not helpful. I then called Jenny to ask her what exactly is going on. Jenny begins to tell me that “the flight will get into Guyana this afternoon and they can pick up Saturday” At this point I was becoming very suspicious, so I then said “ so wait- you never sent the package to Guyana until today?” Lord have mercy! Who told me to ask Madam Jenny such atrocities?! She flew off the handle on me! Telling me she has had it with me calling her “personal phone and asking questions”. At this point I was speechless. How is it I paid MY money for a service theyclaimed you provide and when you fail to donao in a timely manner you scream at me? Whatever happened to giving an apology?! Had she said “ I am so sorry, but sometimes we have no control over these things and there may or may not be some delays” I would have understood better and had way more empathy for her and the fact that I paid extra to have something days in advance and it never happened. Basically Jenny told me I should not be mad that she decided to send my package to Guyana 1week + 2 Days late while she charged me for 3 days air shipment. This is a lesson learned! NEVER AGAIN! I will also report this company at the Better Business Bureau. They should not be allowed to do business with such poor service."
