"The absolute worst bus company around to pick up kids. The entire crew from driver to in office staff is incompetent, cruel and impolite. The cover their lack of punctuality with aggression. The DOE MUST stop using this vendor, for the sake of our kids. When you make a complaint, they try to bully you into silence. Some rep named Janine Martucci called me in response to a complaint and basically said “there’s a shortage of drivers, so you know we have to keep the drivers happy, right?). So we have had to deal with a aggressive driver for months, because “the company has to keep the drivers happy” at the expense of our kids or basic customer service. DOE do not contract with this vendor! You are asking for lawsuits. This thread of complaints from dissatisfied parent is sufficient warning."

"Disgusting company! I do not feel safe knowing my son is with them. Driver doesn’t show up/route changes no notice from dispatch. When you call them they’ll have you on hold for ever. Ridiculous!"

"school has been in session for 3 weeks and my son has been late by 30-40 minutes every day (I have an airtag in his bag to track). when i called the base, they said they are late because of OPT. Meanwhile the matron said (twice) the driver arrives late. You would think they would say "ok we will leave a few minutes early"....no they are blaming OPT."

"In all the years that my son has been in school and using school transportation I have never seen a more inconsistent and worst company ever. Not an entire week goes by with things going well. When it’s not the driver didn’t show up to work and my son not having transportation to get picked up and dropped off at home it’s that the driver is running extremely late. By far this company should not be working with students that rely on this company to get to school and home. The DOE should look into this company and take necessary actions."

"Bus sees me and my child waiting, and takes off without stopping. Posted speed limit is 15, and they regularly do 30+ in residential areas. When my child magically does make it on the bus, the aid is physically aggressive, and even once threw my child on the ground off the bus. Regularly stops in the wrong place. Additionally, when I call the company to speak with someone, they simply hang up the phone."
