"Their billing is deliberately misleading, they break things down into micro payments and charge you at random times, but the numbers never seem to add up. Why can't they be like normal companies and give you one invoice per shipment? Also, their actual shipment cost is always at least 30% more than quoted. Despite the size and weight of the package not changing. I would not recommend this company, go directly through Fedex or other company if you ship in bulk over 50 lbs, they offer way better rates anyway."

"After having talked to my Bank, I received a call from one of the managers. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I believe that its sign of proactive management to resolve customer issues promptly. Please be careful giving the credit card information to this company. I have used their service only once and had a terrible experience. It took weeks to finalize one shipment. Left hand didn't know what the right was doing. They charged my cards at their whim on one pretext or other - 4 times after paying the quoted price. I had to call my bank to deactivate my card in their possession and to file a dispute for an out of blue charge of $67.02. Repeated emails did not 'entice' any response. I don't like giving negative reviews but here I have to, to help others not making the mistake that I made!"
