These attorneys lie and make false promises. Do not trust them to represent you."

"Office Staff is VERY RUDE and IRRESPONSIBLE. Specially the female staff who pick up the calls is very rough while speaking to the immigrants. Lot of immigrants missed their biometric appointment because the office do not communicate with them on time. They give wrong information even though you call them to find out about your biometric appointment etc. They don't even bother to check, says NO straight away. I know many people who missed their biometric appointment because of the office staff. Even though we call the office to discuss about this, they do not even apologize, they talk very rough AS IF WE DID SOME MISTAKE. When we want to let the Attorney know about their irresponsible nature, THE OFFICE NEVER GIVE YOU AN APPOINTMENT TO MEET THE ATTORNEY IN PERSON. But the Attorney is very great... The most recommended Attorney!!"
