"Do not move there lol I moved there for about 1 year (waitlisted) but got in a brand new unused apartment in 2022 The management is terrible & they will smile in ur face but cross you in secret. Then they pick ur apartments so they put my apartment above the rental office (where they work form 8-5pm) I have 2 kids under 5 . We barely made noise but once in a blue moon when my child would play in their room they would come knocking on my door and approach me very unprofessional. Once the woman from CC even came up at 6pm due to me “playing music too loud “ it was at 60 volume lol.. the walls are extremely thin . You will literally hear your neighbors having a convo .. the plumbing is terrible .. oh yes and they placed a woman with 4 kids above me and she was SOOOOOOOO annoying . I lived with hearing her kids stomp run and play for ONE WHOLE YEAR . I reported it many many times the management did nothing but blame me basically . I even asked her myself to keep it down as I do understand they are kids but it was NON STOP LITERALLY EVERYDAY FOR A YEAR STRAIGHT . I had to come home from work to hear it even until 1am at times. But no management didn’t care . Simply bc they were not above them but above me instead.. that’s how thin the walls were like imagine that . I have small children too but the e fact I never allowed my children to be noisy out of respect for them and they did nothing about it when I complained is sick ..and disgusting I must say it is beautiful but NOT worth it . ALOT OF PPL COMPLAINED CONSTANTLY THWY EVEN GOT RID OF TYLER THEIR BEST EMPLOYEE … and it is by the river soo expect many bugs , like spiders and flies . & they never answer the phone . This is owned by prime companies (terrible company ) lol DO NOT LISTEN TO THEir RESPONSE BELOW ME .. all I said was true I promise Then they kept my deposit"
