"I’m actually disgusted with the staff at Auden. They’re unprofessional and quite stupid if you ask me. They wrongfully unlocked my room door for the new person I have moving into my apartment then left it unlocked without informing me. How stupid do you have to be to make a mistake like this when it would’ve took 30 seconds to double check which room the girl was moving into or they could’ve even locked the door back. Everytime I walk past the office, I see the staff just sitting there on their personal devices doing absolutely nothing. I never knew I could hate a place so much ."

"Great place to live. I do sometimes have issues but never things that aren’t resolved. Very convenient for students since campus is right across the street and love having my own bathroom. Cleanliness could be better but I have been seeing improvements since moving in at the end of august."

"The property manager, staffs and the maintenance team are incredibly kind and helpful. They always help me to resolve my issues and I have seen many positive changes since the property manger has changed to this one right now."

"This place does not care about your well-being, just your money. I've been having window problems since school started. for the past couple weeks I've had bees in my room. I went downstairs to tell the people that works in the office they said to put an a work order online and they'll send someone to fix it on Thursday and today is Tuesday, and mind you I'm allergic to bees. And I told the lady downstairs that I’m allergic. And also before that they had garbage in the hall outside my apartment for a good week and half to two weeks never cleaned it. The first month of august till mid September the stairwell had garbage all over on the floor. I'm usually never the type of person to complain or write a review but the bees in my room for the third time and them doing nothing about it was the final straw. If I could give them 0/5 stars I would."

"Serious Concerns About Building Maintenance and Hygiene I am currently a resident at this apartment complex and I feel compelled to share my experiences to potentially assist others in making an informed decision. Cleanliness and Maintenance: Regrettably, the common areas of the building are poorly maintained. The frequency of cleaning services appears to be severely inadequate, leading to a buildup of trash and debris in communal areas. The trash rooms are often overflowing, extending into the hallways, which not only presents a significant hygiene issue but also emits a very unpleasant odor. It's disheartening to observe stains and litter consistently present in the staircases. Management Response: Unfortunately, the building management seems to be irresponsive to the escalating cleanliness and maintenance issues. Despite the glaring problems, there seems to be a lack of initiative in addressing the hygiene and cleanliness concerns, which potentially pose a health and safety risk to the residents. Safety Concerns: I am growing increasingly concerned about the safety implications of the current state of the building. The overflowing trash rooms and poorly maintained common areas could potentially be a fire hazard, not to mention the unsanitary conditions that residents are subjected to on a daily basis. Conclusion: I sincerely wish I had been aware of these issues before moving in, as the current state of the complex is not conducive to a comfortable and healthy living environment. I urge potential tenants to consider the cleanliness and safety issues before deciding to move here. I hope that sharing my experience will encourage the management to take the necessary steps to rectify these serious concerns and create a more habitable living space for all residents."
