"The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The breakfast attendant was diligent and worked very hard to make sure everything was fully stocked and available for guests. Unfortunately, I encountered housekeeping staff several times in the elevator and they were rude and unfriendly. My rating reflects highly on the cleanliness of the hotel and the room. I used the public bathroom on the second floor on my first day and one of the stalls was absolutely disgusting. I went back two days later and it looked exactly the same. One of the sinks did not work at all and had no sensor to turn on. The mirror in my room was dirty and had visible hand prints and smears all across the glass. The shower had a false eyelash on the floor of the shower when we went to use it. It's a shame the room and hotel were neglected because the front desk staff were so nice and the hotel is located in a convenient area."

"A fine hotel in most respects, but some rooms have NO natural light whatsoever— a window that opens directly to a wall. I mentioned this to staff who mentioned vaguely that this was disclosed on their booking website. I checked and don’t see that."

"Room was two double beds with a spacious mini fridge and microwave. Clean, quiet, roomy, comfy, affordable and provides a decent breakfast. I could only hope for vegan options in the future like non-dairy milk but that's me being particular"

"Delta airline flight delayed. They gave me a voucher for room and a meal. Room was so nice. Front staff great. Delta also payed for Lyft ride to and from hotel."

"Only disappointment was the parking on the street, no dedicated lot or location away from the public. Everything seemed clean, it was quiet. Bed was comfortable, chair was not. The shower was beautiful, however the shower head was industrial and did not go well with the rest of the shower. Also, did not see uniforms on some of the staff, making it a little confusing when someone greets you outside the doors. Good experience overall."
