"I thought fairbanks was an Awesome landlord they always help when I need them"

"The property manager is a drunk who doesn’t repair anything. An argumentative drunk that complains every time a repair has to be done. Hired two lazy men who hang out at the juice bar next door and seem unable to fix anything. Heat doesn’t work, locks on the doors don’t work so you get homeless squatters and trespassers all hours of the night along with package theft. Horrible craftsmanship, thin walls. The sink collapsed with nothing in it. The vent wasn’t cut properly so heat never got to the bedroom. Say they don’t specialize in HVAC but insist on relying on a broken thermostat to tell me the heat works even though maintenance said it’s broken. They don’t enforce parking and the property manager lets friends park when they’re at an event nearby. Fairbank owns the building with our parking attached and during repair, smashed the window of my car. They don’t care. Two men got in the back door since it doesn’t always lock and were banging on doors trying to get in, one passed out on the floor because he was under the influence and we all called the police. It’s tragic here. Like an expensive projects. Just live somewhere else because it’s not worth the headache."
