"Any review above 1 star is probably fake. Within my first week of moving in I realized I had made a mistake. The agent who helped me move in was suddenly MIA. I still have no mailbox key and no laundry key 3 months later. The apartment was impressively dirty upon move-in, really next level. Despite assurance me they had a “quality cleaning crew” there was no sign of any attempt to clean the residence. Hair, food, and other biological items from the previous resident, that should have been removed, indicated there had been no attempt to sanitize the residence. There was also piles of garbage hidden on the insides of closets. The landlord clearly did not check the apartment before renting it to me. I probably spent $500 on bleach. Most importantly; maintanence workers entered my apartment while i was away at work, multiple times without ANY warning or permission after we had signed the lease and moved in. Live in your car before you sign a lease with these idiots"
"Morgan and Jillian were incredible! My boyfriend and I moved in recently from another state, so I was very nervous to move into a place I had only seen over FaceTime, but Morgan was fantastic at explaining everything and really selling the apartment. She is also incredibly knowledgeable and personable about the area and made some great restaurant suggestions. The apartment was exactly what was expected!"
"The leasing office is terrible. I applied and was denied due to my credit which I understand. Online it clearly states that you are entitled to $100 deposit that is made to hold apartment should application be denied. It's been well over a month almost 2 and no one will give me answers on when to expect a refund. I patiently waited 30 days as instructed when denied and after the 30 days I've been calling. They take my info and say they are escalate/forward my info and I will get status by end of day. I've done this several times and no call and no check. I guess it's time to reach out to BBB or file small claims court case. This company (Burns management) likes to rip people off."
"I’ve lived here for over a decade. If this tells you anything, most people who’ve lived here that long are all moving out this month. Burns Management doesn’t care about this property. It used to be they’d show within the hour or next day to fix things. Now, I never see anyone and it’s a struggle to get the most basic requests filled. Most of my neighbors, myself included, have had black mold growing in their apartment and Burns has done nothing when told. If you’re looking for a non-smoking apartment, you can get it, but you’ll still smell your neighbors smoking and have to deal with people who smoke in the laundry room. There’s no place for kids to play except the parking lot, there’s not enough parking, the lot’s not well lit at night. You’re next to a mosquito infested swamp and between a firehouse and an animal hospital. They might seem polite, but don’t be fooled: Burns doesn’t care one bit about Grecian Terrace. So glad I’m moving out."
"Nicole was very accommodating, friendly and professional. I ended up not choosing Grecian but it was due to other factors. The complex was clean and well kept, the apartment and appliances modern with a good layout. I would recommend everyone to give this community a look!"
