"Landlords are really nasty. Like terrible customer service. I tried negotiating politely my rent and they said "why would I do that." There's been multiple times things would take very long to get fixed without any explanation. The balcony gets very very dirty and difficult to clean given the stucko material. Please avoid."

"I lived in this building when it first opened and they don’t let renters have pets, so I wasn’t able to return once I got my dog. Well, when my mom considered moving to my neighborhood, I jumped at the chance to get her in that building and now I get to walk over and enjoy it all the time. The same super (Robert) is there and is very helpful. The doormen are great. The location and sizes of the apartments are fantastic for the price. It’s a jewel in a lovely part of Astoria!"

"I love living in this building. It has all the amenities I wanted ( parking under the building, separate storage rooms outside the apartment for all my sports gear, a bike room, laundry facilities on each floor, 24hr doorman, and a gym ) AND the layout was exactly what I was looking for - a large open space with 18 ft ceilings. The location is ideal for my wife and I as well, as it is adjacent to Astoria Park, and within walking distance to several nice restaurants, bars, etc. Every building I've lived in NYC has had problems, but the Pistilli management worked with me to resolve every issue I encountered. Mike gets a bad rap, but he has been nothing but helpful to me while I've lived here. I would highly recommend living here. There may of course be a difference between the rental apartments and the owners. I can only speak to how I have been treated as an owner."

"We loved living here. The whole place is managed very well, and all repair requests were taken care of promptly. The apartments are gorgeous, ultra spacious and just very clean in general. Plus, its a beautiful neighborhood to raise a family. Our kids absolutely enjoyed going to the park and for regular strolls around the area. No complaints. Will definitely come back to live here whenever we move back to NY."
