Daniel Gilmartin Senior Apartments is an independent living retirement community for seniors over the age of 62, located just outside of Queens in New York, United States. Our goal is to provide affordable, safe, and comfortable living environments for our residents, with rent based on income. With a spacious grass lawn in the front and a path leading to Loius Simeone Park in the back, our apartment complex offers a peaceful retreat in the midst of a bustling city. We offer three floor plans to choose from, including Efficiency apartments, and one or two bedroom homes. Residents can enjoy the community garden, two community rooms, and the professional on-site staff available 24 hours a day. Daniel Gilmartin Apartments is managed by Silver Tree Residential, LLC, which focuses on acquiring, rehabilitating, and preserving affordable housing communities originally developed under HUD programs.
