"The building is terrible. I'm my time being here, I've had to deal with: 1. No gas. 2. No hot water. 3. No water at all. 4. No heat in the winter. 5. The window panes have gaps between them, which let in cold air in the winter. The super's solution is to duct tape over them. 6. Dust and weird smells coming from the vents in the bathroom and kitchen. 7. A leak in the bedroom ceiling. 8. Roaches, spiders, fruit flies and red ants. 9. Inaccessible laundry room. 10. Broken or unusable dryers in the laundry room. 11. An elevator door that wouldn't open to let me out a few times. 12. More... The worst part is that management either doesn't respond to these issues, or does so very infrequently. As of today, I've been without gas and a working stove/oven for a month, with no guidance from management when I'll have them back; calling or texting doesn't help. The only thing they do consistently is send out the bill for the rent each month. The lobby and hallways have a nice aesthetic to them but don't be fooled, you should avoid this building at all costs."

"Dirty and full of Cockroaches and Red ants. I do not recommend staying here if you have children. There are periods of no gas or electric. Streets are dirty full of dog waste and trash in front of the building. Please AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

"Crew work hard to keep the building clean. Heating is excellent in the winters.Apartment management is responsive to residents' requests. Higher floors have great views of Downtown Flushing and Manhattan skyline. The best value in Flushing."

"I’m currently living here for about a couple of years the first year it was okay now there’s garbage all over in the hallway , there’s roaches because the people in this building is dirty and there no central ac in the building or the elevator which is bad , my sink water comes out a little is a lot of things wrong with this building I would not recommend ya to stay here !"

"Its a great apartment building & the maintenance team is just awesome. Especially Super's wife Martha, she is the Iron Lady who holds the QA/QC of the whole building.But they need more cleaning staffs and frequent PEST control guys very often at least 2 x monthly.Lived there over 3 years but had to move out at the end of my lease as the rent was skyrocketing every year. Have many other priorities than just filing up Ciampa's corporate account. Overall building is great !!"
