"Made a purchase at this store and found I was actually charged 2 times for the same sale/transaction. Contacted store numerous times to give them the opportunity to work it out and never heard back from them. Successfully filed a dispute with my bank and all is well. So if you like dealing with a small store that has horrible after sales service then this is the place for you. If not, then steer FAR away from this place. There are other places in town that have far superior service, prices, and inventory. Also you have endless choices online and the sales, stock, and service far, far, far exceeds what I have experienced at this establishment. Ever since this family run store was sold to NOCO corporation things seem to have gone downhill."

"Great experience and customer service from everyone. Showroom staff very helpful. Had a problem with light we purchased and took it back. They immediately offered a new one and the on staff electrician assembled it and guaranteed it worked before I left. Very satisfied and will return."

From picking out light fixtures in the showroom in Orchard Park, to picking up items in Kenmore which is closer to my home, to resolving issues with my chandelier, every employee I have dealt with has been incredibly wonderful to deal with. My review would be way too long if I detailed out the interactions I had with each employee, but suffice it to say, most of them have gone above and beyond for me. They are friendly, kind, patient and knowledgeable. If you are looking for good old fashioned customer service, you will find it with them!"
