"We ordered our floor through LL Flooring for a 3 bdr hallway upstairs application and received delivery within 10 days. Great. Then we were put on a 1.5-month wait for installation. We thought quite a long wait but allowed/ agreed to it and waited. Unfortunately, we were delayed 3 separate weeks after and then a 3-week extension again. I was forced to look elsewhere for a professional installer as this ridiculous 2.5 months of delays causing bottleneck delays on improvements being made to our house and move-in delays. I was able to find another professional Hardwood installer attached to another Hardwood supplier timely that was happy to offer install services for us and said could and would shift around to accommodate us within a week and the price was just about the same even. I even asked around to other flooring places in the area to see how long after purchasing/receiving/delivery of the hardwood in-house would they install and all said within a week. I feel we were pushed aside wrongly and forgotten on our installation and for a 2.5 month delay is just down right wrong. Then to top it off, because we cancelled or install with LL Flooring as we found a company that would actually do the job not just keep delaying, we were forced to pay the tax amount of the hardwood purchase of over $1400 even though it was still a a capital improvement. The floors are in so we can proceed with the final trims, railings, and even possibly start to move in now. LL Flooring should be ashamed of themselves to allow this to happen. I can't say I would use them again for installation and maybe not at all due to this project delay."
