"First and foremost the cabinets are absolutely beautiful, the carpenters are very skilled. The two stars comes from the business itself. For a custom cabinet company you would expect some sort of professionalism, honesty, and punctuality...and this is not the case. The company will continually over promise and under deliver. No deadlines are ever met. You are constantly wondering if Ryan listened to the conversation had, because he will act like it never happened. Things that are promised in a week will end up being four weeks (easily). I hope this company gets their act together because the work is beautiful. I hate to write a negative review but I’d like people to do their research before jumping in with this company. They caused us a lot of stress. Our kitchen is finally completed but we can honestly say through many home renovations this business was one of the most frustrating to work with."
