Allysa G. designed a kitchen that we had the pleasure of installing this past summer and the results were stunning. Extremely high quality, durable and BEAUTIFUL cabinets, exceedingly well packaged and put together and carefully delivered. There is a lot of garbage on the market lately and a lot of shippers who throw it in a box and toss it on the jobsite- not so with Quaker Craft products. Allysa came up with a beautiful layout, complete with the little detail moldings and ornate end pieces and trims that shout quality and class. Allysa was always easy to get in touch with, even when she was supposed to be on vacation. She thought of everything, had excellent knowledge of her products and the details of the job, and was extremely helpful whenever we had questions or concerns. Especially with clients who can be difficult or needy, Allysa went above and beyond to make sure measurements were exact, design was cohesive and functional, the project was well coordinated, and in the end the customer was thrilled with the beautiful results."

"Wish we knew then what I know now. We remodeled our kitchen and were impressed by Quaker Craft's showroom and selection. We selected beautiful cabinets. They ended up being more costly than we thought but decided to order anyway thinking we'll be in our home for years to come. Unfortunately, some measurements they took were not accurate and one piece was not ordered. These errors delayed our entire project for approximately 4 WEEKS. This meant no microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, sink and/or facet! Mealtime for our family became close to impossible. We were forced to find affordable meal options and had to rely on friends and family who were generous enough to drop off homemade meals, for 4 weeks!! When we called to express our concern, the owner was less than sympathetic. I don't believe we even got an apology. We get it, mistakes happen but we were extremely disappointed by their lack of empathy and sense of urgency. Their errors and delays ended up affecting our counter top delivery and installation, painting and putting our kitchen back together again. We love our remodeled kitchen but are so glad this experience is behind us. Great cabinets, not so great customer service."
