The Lofts at Beacon,

"My Boyfriend and Father of our 7 month old has worked there since May in Maintenance and is adored by the resident's who rent there. Recently he was out for a little over a week due to our son having RSV and being hospitalized and then due to us both having it and could not go in as it is highly contagious. Today would have been his first day back and when he got there this morning, he was fired and told to return his work attire and a little over a week before Christmas. Talk about heartless. I guess he should have come in and gotten his coworkers sick too. My advice don't work for this company."

"Choosing to live at the lofts for a year was the best decision my husband and I ever made. The place is truly a gem in Beacon. I felt like I was living in luxury while paying a fraction of the cost. Seriously these lofts would run at LEAST $10k+/month had it been in Manhattan (where we’re originally from). The ONLY issue I would want to reveal: there is no noise abatement while living in these buildings. We lived in bldg #11 (2nd floor) and could hear exact conversations of the person living next door. We emailed Nicole and she had sent over a white noise machine, which was helpful."

"I’ve been living at the Lofts for almost 2 years now and have really enjoyed living here. The apartments are beautiful, the grounds maintained really well, and the neighbors are some of the nicest people I’ve met. As a dog owner, I really like the the dog path they created along the Fishkill Creek, as well as the new dog park. Nicole does a great job and has always responded to anything I needed right away."

"I lived at the lofts for 1 year. I had previously lived in a building where I constantly had to deal with an untrustworthy management team and owner. To say the least Nicole and her staff were exceptional. Before I even moved in, I felt that Nicole was on top of everything and if there was a question or concern she did her best to get back to me ASAP. This continued throughout my whole stay. It is a work in progress but construction was never an issue and the builders have done a good job addressing issues as they arise. The spaces are beautiful and community that reside there are top notch. It remained a very welcoming place and I was sad to leave. I have had the pleasure of living in some pretty awesome spaces and this was definitely one of them. If Beacon and its lifestyle appeals to you then this is a place to check out."
