If you need anything, the leasing office and maintenance team are great. Being an AGM of a local hotel in the area, I appreciate the efforts they put in to make everyone happy enjoy living here!"

"The least helpful group of people I have ever tried to work with. I was $125 short was of their monthly 2.75 requirement (including their $75 amenity fee), and the leasing coordinators response was, "Aww, you’re so close!" Imagine hearing that when you're desperately trying to get out of your current living situation. Also, FYI they're not letting potential tenants see units due to COVID prior to contract. Good luck with that."

"Rent is great especially for the location. The management is always kind and friendly. And maintenance is pretty quick and timely for the most part. The biggest flaw and downside (not sure if they changed this) is that they do not let you tour the apartment before you move in which is very weird if you want to see where your money is going. The floor plans that they show you are not always the ones that you actually get. This is the first time I have ever encountered this so its definitely not the norm for other complexes."
