"Terriable! I put a application in 3 years ago and they want two months for security and when you try calling to see where you are on the list they never pick up the phone and even when you leave messages they do not respond back .. and it’s awful expensive for it to be low housing.. I think that place is a reap off !! And the apartment is not even worth that price and to top it all off the maintenance is one old old man that can’t even get the job done and I heard from some people there that the maintenance man wife pockets one month security.. that’s why she says two months security.. she should be locked up for that ..and some of the apartment has mold .. sue the company!!"
"Awful staff Mgt Angela. Rude disrespectful...snow drills...apartments ARE garbage..NEVER cleaned carpet......DRUGS on property...moved because of being afraid to go outside at night...WAS verbally. Attacked...AND had a man expose himself to me...constant fighting/ police...."
"This is not affordable housing. Rents should be half what they are and income levels lower. There are other apt complex that are not discount rents that are comparable that don't get government discounts"
