"The Residences at Clarkson is a beautiful place that have I called home TWICE. I loved it so much that rented for the second time after I was transferred back to Rochester. I felt compelled to write this review as my experience was nothing like the others. The Owner/Landlord is accommodating, professional and very responsive. Maintenance is always preformed in a timely and friendly manner. The security of the building was important to me and there is a TV with multiple cameras angles as soon as you enter the building. The park across the street was ideal for my 2 dogs. I would highly recommend the beautifully appointed apartments to anyone who is searching for their new place to call home."

"A man answered the phone he did not want to state his name was he said that the person that knows about the apartments is out of town until next week I ask for the date and the person's name he refused to give me that information 3 times he told me someone will call me back then he also implied he didn't know what was available then he listed to apartments that he knew was available he's a mess In addition he applied that I may not have enough money to live there or a high enough credit score Does not know any of my personal information and was very unprofessional I felt as I was being racially discriminated against"
