"They used to be good before the new management. The new management is greedy and treating these apartments like they are houses with what they are charging when there have been ZERO upgrades to the apartments themselves. The new leases are 40 pages long, they are longer than all of the offers we have put on houses. Our rent has been raised over $500 since we moved in in 2019. Everyone that I talk to is looking to move out. It’s sad that it has come to this because I used to enjoy living here."

"I would leave 0 stars if I could... New management is atrocious!! Unorganized and unprofessional!! Maintenance is the worst, they don't fix the problems they just patch it. Mold is growing in the carpet and walls from the shower and maintenance says it's from the shower curtain when really, the shower was never installed correctly!!! It's been well over 4 months and the walls are still missing dry wall, we cannot use our shower or closet and it seems like no one cares!!! I almost feel as though I need to involve an attorney.... Staff members keep quitting or getting fired which leaves tenants high and dry when something is needed. Good luck reaching anyone in the office, no one answers and if they do they have NO CLUE what is going on, how to talk to clients/tenants or how to resolve issues. My wife, son and I will be moving out at the end of our lease for several reasons. Worst. Experience. Ever. I've had better times dealing with "slumlords" than these so called professionals."

"Since day one, my neighbors have helped themselves to the inside of my apartment. They've literally shown me picture of the inside of my home taken trhough my windows. People have constantly parked in my parking spots reserved for my apartment. My plumbing was ripped out and I was told I can not use it (for 2 days) and was not offered a reduced rate on rent although I literally could not stay in my apartment. Maintenance has came with zero notice. And one of them will bring their kid with them. My dishwasher hasn't worked in 8 months although I have called Maintenance several times to fix it. I'm beginning charged late fees on my rent when I pay on time, but they don't cash my check for 11 days. My sink will not drain and I've called maintenance multiple times about this issue.. There is now mold growing. I am moving in a month so they probably will not come to fix it until i leave although its a literal health hazard. Don't live her. They don't care."

"-maintenance enters apartment with little to no notice and quite frequently, I have found parts and tools left behind. My cat was locked in a room all day after they replaced smoke detectors recently. I have found my personal property moved around. -there are police officers and first responders on the property several times a week which I feel is unusual for this part of the county. -office staff is pushy and unorganized, doesn’t answer phones or respond to voicemails in a timely fashion. -There is a monstrous playground very close to two of the buildings bedroom areas the placement and size seems like a massive oversight. -dumpster and recycling areas are always a mess. I don’t think they have adequate pick up. Usually broken glass and hazards encircling the receptacles. -landscaping is not frequent, every first floor apartment has a patch of weeds in front of them with three sickly bushes planted in them."
