"By far the best hotel stay I've had in my life. From my dog, to eating breakfast with a food allergy, to my kids.....we were accommodated like we were the only guests in the hotel. The staff put the icing on the cake. So very nice."

"This is actually a very nice hotel. room service ladies were complaining about having to do basic tasks which ruined the experience entirely we don't pay the good money that you will pay for the cleaners to openly complain while you are in the room about having to replace towels making beds etc completely unacceptable if they fix this then it's a 4 stars all day but dont count on the cleaners"

"Very clean room. Great check-in experience. I was asking about a place to buy dish detergent to clean out a couple of new cups. Ann Marie took me right back to the kitchen area and gave me a cup of their detergent/water mix. No hesitation, she just said, "Follow me."and it worked well. Just an outstanding person doing her thing and helping others."

"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn in Brockport while road-tripping through New York towards Niagara. The front desk attendant was exceptionally friendly and even gifted us a complimentary sugar cookie. They offered a delightful assortment of free teas. Although we didn’t use the pool, it looked inviting. Breakfast was bustling, with some guests unable to find seating, but it's worth noting that our visit coincided with Labor Day weekend, and the hotel was near capacity."

"I had a wonderful experience and stay at Hampton Inn Brockport and I will definitely be back! The hotel also is in a very convenient area near the university and tons of stores. My room was clean and bed was comfortable. Alicia provided EXCELLENT customer service. She was very professional, kind, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Even though the hotel was sold out, Alicia provided such amazing customer service, that made me feel like a priority at the top of her list. I really appreciate her and her EXCELLENT customer service! Another employee that provided excellent customer service was Richard! He was kind, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and very courteous. I appreciate the time he took to assist me with all my hotel questions and needs. He was patient and provided me with detailed answers. Thank you very much Alicia and Richard! You two are AWESOME!
