"Cops at complex probably once a week. The property manager/landlord Mark made weird advances on me CONSTANTLY and there was a point in which I had to move out. Ladies beware of this guy."

"Very slimey landlord. Agreed to put an extra month of rent down. Moved us in a week early for free. When the time came to use the extra month it was always “no” fast forwarding to moving out. Would not give the extra month of rent back. Called him to talk about it and just hung up when I had anyhing to say. Does all his repairs himself. Even electirctial. Very good place to move if you have low expectations. Not professional. Paid rent on time every month. Do not rent here. Very cheap and unprofessional. A lot of money to put down for 915$ rent and security deposit. But definitely “didn’t” give him an extra month of rent upfront. Doesn’t like to put things in text and just calls to protect himself."

"Beware when signing a lease here. They get very defensive when you want to read the lease and I am glad I did. First it seems they did not pay attention and printed the lease with several spelling errors. Most notably my first AND last name. It happens but the lady was very rude when I asked for it to be corrected. Next the woman hands my spouse a 3 page document and tells her to sign it. Only explaining it after I asked to read it. As part of the agreement they ask you to sign a 'bed bug addendum'. This states you agree to pay for all bug treatment services should it be needed. It also states they get to choose the provider performing the service and can do quarterly inspections of your apartment. Not a big deal, i dont have bugs... right? Upon further conversation with the woman we discovered they also own a pest extermination business. Seems to be a conflict of interest to me. Seemingly when you decide to move they could claim you have bugs and keep your deposit for 'extermination fees'...that of course you agreed to. For anyone considering this apt building please read your lease and ask questions prior to signing. You will be glad you did."

"Evidently the person who gave this apt. complex a 5 was paid off. Mark the property manager is a complete idiot and a total liar. Mark tried to rent me the apt where the double homicide happened. I asked him if this was the apt. He said "No it was another apartment" He also lied when I asked why my door trim was broken and plastered with off color plastic wood. The neighbor said "Don't listen to anything Mark says. the police broke down the door to arrest the last tenant and the tenant before that" I feel this half finished apt is nothing but a set up to rent and evict. After a middle age couple moved out of the above apt. Mark rented the 2 bedroom apt. to a young couple with 2 girls and 1 boy approx. ages 9,10 and 11. This is the ruddiest family I ever met. Very noisy bouncing balls on my ceiling, against my bedroom outer wall. The family walks thru shrubbery to look in all my windows. The rude family and white trash friends congregate on the steps right next to my living room window yelling into my screen words to antagonize me as they smoke, drink and toss their smoking cigarette butts in front of my open window . The dad tried to break down my door. 2 weeks later I had the dad arrested for punching out my security camera. Mark from the beginning always made threats to me and other tenants about if he smell pot he will have you arrested and evicted immediately and if they find you are arrested now or in the past you will be evicted. How does Mark respond to this nuisance. He says "KIDS ARE KING AROUND HERE", I talked to the police about this constant harassment. They said Mark should be the one taking care of these issues and had to make a special trip to Marks office to inform him of the laws. A few days later after my neighbors arrest, Mark is caught on my security camera blocking off my security camera along with the only air flow out of my apartment with and old 4x8 sheet of plywood. I found my 2 cats overheated laying in the bath tub when I came home. As for Marks maintenance, unsafe NO GUTTERS, NO AWNING ON A 3 STORY BUILDING WHERE THE ROOF DIRECTS ALL THE SNOW, RAIN AND ICE TO COME DOWN ON THE ONLY ENTRY WAY. A similar complex next to this one has awnings and gutters. I mentioned this to Mark after I had 2 serious falls. Mark said "I'm taking this as a threat and gave it to our lawyers" Nothing been done to fix the unsafe condition. As far as general maintenance forget it if your a guy, He sawed a 4 foot line thru my living room wall never fixed it in over 4 years. and by looking at the few repairs he did in my apt. prior to moving in you don't want him to touch anything- crooked toilet, countertop you have to lift up to close dishwasher and a misaligned apt. door with a 2 inch gap you can barely close. once I asked him to change a 25 cent toilet washer a month went by of having to shut the leak off by turning off the main water going into my apt.,that also happened to crack when I was out of town and I came back to a flooded apt. YEA MARK IS GREAT ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A YOUG GIRLS AND WANT AND OLD OVER WEIGHT GUY TRYING TO GET DOWN YOUR PANTS. YOUR REPAIRS WILL BE MADE RIGHT AWAY. I remember when I pulled in to look at my apt. after I signed the lease, Mark Said" YEA YOU GOT A FEW HOTTIES ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BUILDING" BEWARE GUYS DO NOT RENT THERE AND GIRLS DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK!"

"Lived there for around 6 years. Always took care of issues, plowing and maintenance was always done. Price for rent was very fair. Mark the super was really good at his job."
