"From day one, I was grateful to have the chance to be in an environment where I felt safe and cared for. The staff was always helpful in the office, and the maintenance crew during blizzards and significant snowfalls, would do their best to clear us out as soon as they could get out! The pool was always clean and the grounds well kept! Thanks Park Lane for two great years!!!"

"Would give negative stars if I could. Charge outrageous money for 1 bedroom. You could live here 5, 10, 15 years and they will never paint or clean your rugs. Always make you hire outside businesses and make you pay for it even when rent is so high. Don’t rent here!!"

"My 87 year old aunt resided here for 3 wonderful years until it was time for assisted living. After viewing over 10 apartments from orchard park to west Seneca to Lancaster this was a winner by a long shot! The rooms were immaculate as well as the maintained property. The residents were all so kind and friendly and the management team office were outstanding! Such great communication from the complex to residents was provided. Any maintenance issues ( which there were barely any) were handled in same day. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my aunt to reside! Five stars from me and my family. I highly recommend ☺️"

"I lived here for 2 years (just moved out, only bc my fiancé and I moved in together), but this is a great place to live. Any maintenance issues were quickly resolved. In the summer the pool is nice and not over crowded. The staff works hard to get snow removed as quickly as possible. My only issue was with noisy neighbors but this is no reflection of Park Lane (just people not being respectful) but Park Lane even helped in communicating noise issues. One of the best aspects was that it's an adult living area (not to mean seniors exclusively) but no noisy kids or crying babies to deal with! All in all I really enjoyed my time there, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice apartment for the price point!"

"I highly recommend NOT leasing from Parklane apartments. Our apartment has had multiple issues with appliances not working properly, and every single time maintenance was called, they tell us “well it’s not broken so it’s fine”. I am currently having an issue with bugs (flies to be exact) and I haven’t even bothered calling because nothing ever gets done. The parking situation is absolutely horrendous with having 3 buildings sharing one lot essentially. There is only one washer and dryer for 12 apartments to share so if you don’t do your laundry over night you’re most likely going to have to pay money to take it to a laundromat to do your laundry. The parking lots in the winter are usually an ice sheet and I have had multiple issues with my husband and I falling in the parking lot because of it. I have honestly very few good things to say about Parklane. Multiple people in my building have had issues with their electric bills being astronomically high and there have been complaints made without even an acknowledgment back that something is quite obviously malfunctioning. A 2 bedroom 850 square foot apartment shouldn’t have a usage reading as over 1500 but they never even attempted to find an issue. I have put in multiple complaints about a neighbor across the hall from us and nothing has ever been done so now 3 years later we’re still dealing with his inconsiderate actions. Maintenance is a joke, the office staff is basically useless. I’ll most likely be leaving when my lease is up in a few months for an apartment that is actually worth while."
