"To start, I have lived here for 3 years in a lower. As the other review states, these are nice looking apartments, spacious, and have nice in apartment anemities. Also very safe place for everyone including kids. HOWEVER, the only reason I have to give 2 stars (at least for a lower), is this place is of the most noisiest places I have ever lived. Perhaps the noisiest. I have had 3 different residents live above me in my tenure, and each one has gotten louder. The past 2 have been so loud that sleeping in is not an option, and having company is an embarrassment as they all ask whats up with your neighbors? I do not blame the neighbors, they are just living their lives, and I chose to live next to tractor trailer air braking and other constant Transit Rd noise. I do however resent how this place was built and designed. I would never recommend the unit I live in to anyone, well maybe my worst enemy. If you do not mind constant and unbearable noise, this is the place for you. As of the date of this review, I have 49 days until I can move out, but who is counting the days."

"I’ve lived at Woodside Villas for about a year and have decided NOT to renew my lease. These apartments are nice, however you may want to consider a few things before you sign. If you want to live in peace, I think there are better options out there. MAIN OFFICE: Erika is absolutely useless. She’s the property manager and can not make any decisions without calling “corporate” first. Erika does NOT respond to emails or return phone calls. Normally I have to call/email 3-4 times before I get any sort of response. I put in a maintenance call 5 months ago and I’m still waiting for the issue to be fixed. NICKEL AND DIME YOU: They will charge you for EVERY single thing. Including things that are not in your control. I was once charged $75 to get back into my apartment because the power went out. Due to the power being out my garage door opener stopped working. I sat outside for 2 hours waiting for someone to unlocked my apartment for me. NOISE LEVEL IS EXTREMELY HIGH: These apartments were cheaply made with minimal privacy. I actually don’t know which one is worse, the noise from Transit Road or the noise from the apartment above me. It’s unbearable let’s just say I’ve had many sleepless nights. YOUNG PROFESSIONALS BEWARE: I ultimately decided not to renew because I’m started to notice they are now renting to inconsiderate riff raff. I’ve had work and personal packages taken. I’ve also had neighbors park right in front of my garage door to block me in. THEY RATHER YOU LEAVE : Do not expect them to accommodate you under any circumstance. I asked Erika if I could transfer to a second floor apartment facing the back due to noise level. She said there may be one available in August. However, would have to reapply and pay another $240 application fee. They much rather see you leave, than to accommodate you. This was my first Young Development Property experience and will be my last."
