"I have really enjoyed living here!  It's a great place, with really attentive maintenance and management.  I also really appreciate all the safety and security details.  The neighbors have all been really kind! It's a 55 and up community but 20% of the tenants are under 55 which means it's a nice mix. Parking is ample and I never had an issue finding a convenient place to park unlike other locations. ADCO is doing a great job at Terrace Park Apts!"

"I moved here two years ago after a wrenching decision to sell my home. It was the right thing to do, but awful. I recommend that if you do sell yours, you find a 55+ living arrangement like Terrace Park Apartments. The units are set up with the older adult in mind, from handicap access to the building, to the in-unit washer and dryer, to the pull cord in the bathrooms in case of emergency. And it's quiet. I treasure that. While I would love a garage and a balcony, there are beautiful grounds to enjoy, and I gardened in two of the raised beds they built in the back and raised flowers and herbs. The other day I decided to move my couch to the back wall, but I couldn't move the area rug or a chest that is on top of it. Two of ADCO's maintenance men were here to test the smoke alarms and manager" I mentioned that I needed help and they stopped doing what they were doing and moved them both! I was so happy. They even made sure that the pad under the rug wasn't showing. It was one of the things I like, the responsiveness. When I e-mail a concern, I get a response.. If I speak to the "on-site" manage who is never here, I have yet to hear a positive answer to my complaints of problems. Her favorite response is "nol We can't do that." And there I still am, listening to the people above me using the bathroom as I eat. I just don't want to move again."

"Terrace Park Apartments are for seniors 55 and older. It is conveniently located close to shopping centers in the Depew/ Lancaster area. Water, heat and cable are included in your rent. They are newly remodeled with washer/dryers in most units. There is a community room for smaller daily gatherings and a hall with a kitchen attached for larger social gatherings. I have met many new friends. The building is secured so key fobs are used for entry. It is a great place to live."
