"I've been calling Donna for 3 years straight to ask for a 2 bedroom apartment everytime I call she says she has nothing available. How is that so?? In 3 years noone has moved out?! It's very hard to believe. Think she is discriminating against me because of my name."

"Lived here for 3 years and kept a clean apartment, Donna (Landlord) even used my apartment for the apartments.com pictures. When I moved out she took most of my security deposit away because it wasn't clean enough for her standards."

"Donna was very friendly, responsive, and always available when I had any issues or requests. The apartments are beautiful. The area was safe, had packages delivered regularly and none were ever missing when I returned home to get them... Unlike my new apartment. Really miss it at Gateway."

"Air Conditioner was broken for 8 of the 12 months I was there. I kept asking for it to be fixed and all they would do is re-fill it with freon, even though there was a suspected leak in the outdoor unit. This would last a few days, and it would go back to expelling warm air again. Cupboard handles in kitchen and bathrooms continuously fall off. They charge a $150 "reconditioning fee" when you move out. Which is acceptable, but then they gouge you on every little thing upon move out which comes with additional charges on top of the mandatory $150 you have already paid. I would not recommend these apartments to students due to cost and additional charges."

"These apartments are very lovely, have washers and dryers right in the apartment, decent kitchen to do cooking, baking, etc. Two bedrooms of good size, a very nice bathroom, small dining area and cozy living room. Has sliding doors to the outside, which was in my friend's apartment, where you can see wildlife and a lot of greenery, in the spring and summer, of course. These are not assisted living facilities, strictly apartments."
