They have become more like friends then office staff. Always available for any questions you may have. Everything from the landscaping to the units are well maintained and updated. "We have loved living here & are so sad to have to move out since we are relocating for work! We live in a townhouse and they are so spacious and nice. Having a basement has been wonderful for storage. The workers and all the neighbors are great! The location is perfect too, you can walk to Wegmans, you can walk to Main Street, and it’s a short/nice walk to glen falls if you just need a relaxing stroll. Felt very safe in this area & would definitely recommend this place!"

"I just recently moved into an apartment here. I must say.. everyone on the staff was so helpful. Lynn and all the others at the office are so welcoming and they were always helpful when needed. The maintenance crew here are just great and come in a timely manner when I had an issue. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place that you could call home. I love my apartment and the surroundings. I like looking at all of the pets as well."

"After deciding to move back to Williamsville I looked at several apartment complexes and decided on Georgetown. The staff gave me several tours and showed me several apartments until we found one that I Liked. The apartment is newly renovated and is very nice and clean. Love the updated kitchen and bathroom. Grounds are very well kept and enjoying the pool with this hot weather. Its very quiet and relaxing to sit on the patio on a cool evening. I don't have a pet but appreciate that they allow pets and have a great dog park so the dogs can run around."
