"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Fairbridge Hotel, and my experience was nothing short of delightful. The hotel's warm and welcoming ambiance, coupled with the attentive and friendly staff, made my stay truly memorable. The room was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and provided a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. "We booked here when visiting Niagra Falls. Got to the room after check in and immediately walked back out and asked for a refund. The place stank of cigarettes and weed. The neighborhood was very unsafe. There was no elevator so we had to pull our luggage up the stairs. The beds were FILTHY. The floors were disgusting. It was so gross we made it to the room then right back out. Don't bother reserving here."

"This hotel is dated and dirty. The comforter on both beds were stained. The shelf in the closet was pulled out of the wall and being held up by one screw. The fan in the bathroom was filthy. Let the front desk and they didn't seem to be surprised or care. The wall art had a colored Fairbridge sticker over the Super 8 logo on a black and white photo... pure class. If you can avoid it don't stay here or just sleep in your car."

"If i could give no stars I would. First the place sinks like garbage. Firdt when you walked into the room, the floor was so sticky you could feel the residue on your feet. The bathroom door was broke at the bottom and we couldnt shut the door even if I tried to slam it. Next the blankets on the bed had cigarette burns through everything. One only knows if the sheets were bad. Then we start to hear a leak into the bathroom. The over night guy came to look at it and basically told me we were lying. Had Expedia get ahold of them to get a refund and the manager said it was a roof drain and thst we wont be getting a refund. I am a plumber and know a leak from a pipe, and water rushing down a drain from the roof. Please save the time and stay somewhere else."

"DO NOT STAY THERE !! I only stayed one night before being run out by BED BUGS. The doors do not properly lock. There is a horrible smell throughout. The ice machine drips mold. People not only smoke in the rooms, but there is an overwhelming smell of marijuana. There are no workers.. you have to remove your own trash and bed sheets."
