"Very clean room. Nice dove soap and shampoo products. Shower good temperature. No soap or shampoo shelf in shower. TV nice and clear with great channels. Bed comfortable and clean. Housekeepers were a bit loud in the morning in the hallways. Anna who cleaned my room was amazing. 2nd shift Jamaican man was amazing. 1st shift manager was low energy and scripted. Not someone I'd want interact with on my stay. Nice elevator with a 1200lb limit. No inspection certificate available or posted. Elevator technician. Working on it during checkout, not a good time for elevator maintenance. Breakfast was adequate with eggs and sausage and was tasty. Parking lot well lit. Overnight guy was very friendly."
"My husband and I had a pleasant stay this past weekend. We stayed for 3 nights and found that the room we stayed in was very clean and so was the common areas as well. It's very close to the airport (about a 5 minute drive) and only a 15 minute drive to Downtown Buffalo. The bed was comfortable for us, sheets were clean despite a stain on the blanket. I could tell the sheets were clean, but might best best to either get rid of stained sheets or do a spot cleaning on the stain itself. Other than that, we'd stay here again!"
"Absolutely gross. Walked in the room, set my bag down and jumped in the shower. My wife opens the door to let me know there is a used condom on the floor under the desk. Room appeared clean, but I do not trust anything in the room right now. Went to front desk, and granted the gentleman was nice and apologetic, I literally assumed we would be automatically moved to a different room. Not the case... was able to get new bedding (no cleaning staff at 6pm so made it myself). Would walk out right now if I had the extra money. I don't want to give the front desk guy a hard time since he said he's here by himself, but I'm about to make it my new life goal to make sure people do not stay here. I didn't ask the guy for a refund or anything, but you would think bare damn minimum he would've given us a different room... so summary is: nice but barely helpful staff when handed a real problem, good location, but ABSOLUTELY GROSSED OUT.... I know it's a cheaper hotel, but this is a joke. Will make sure anyone I know, and the people they, know will not stay here... even though I'm beyond angry, I almost feel bad for the guy up front. Like I said, nice guy, but literally either was not trained well, or hands are tied or something..."
"I think another reviewer was there on the same night as me. There was a room party 2 doors down. I first called down at 11 pm, then consistently continued calling till 3. They did finally kick them out but this took entirely too long. When I asked for some kind of compensation for this issue I got the standard “manager isn’t in, please call us another time”. The night guy, while he didn’t take action, at least seemed sympathetic and frustrated at the situation. The morning guy who nonchalantly brushed me off… terrible customer service. Room itself was great. And I may try them again for the price and the room quality… but I would make a bigger stink if I had a second bad experience there."
"Worst stay at any hotel ever. We had to listen to Non-stop screaming, running up & down the hallway for hours on end. We tried to call the front desk. The phone was broken, therefore we had to get out of bed, go downstairs to tell the front desk what was happening. Questioned how they could not actually hear it all?? Apparently nothing was done because 2hrs later we used our cell phone to call them & report the concern all over again. They said they heard nothing. Impossible. We will be contacting head office to be reimbursed for this horrendous stay. This hotel should be embarrassed. I'd give 0 stars if I could."
