"Completely unexpected in this part of town, the apartments here are quite nice. With the large open stairwells and the convenient elevators, navigating the building is a breeze. The only complaint is delivery drivers seem stumped as to which door is the correct door for deliveries so it is always a gamble."

"Management wasn’t even organized enough to correctly deduct charges on my security deposit. If they’re so disorganized they can’t even collect money for themselves, what makes you think they’ll be organized enough to do something for you when you need it."

"The Property Manager Greg Daniels is extremely unprofessional and will simply ignore your calls, parking concerns and promised repairs. Far from the promised Luxury living you pay for, the parking situation is RIDICULOUS and for 2100+ dollars Greg should have a lot more professionalism and integrity in his job duties to the tenants here. It’s NOT WORTH THE PRICE AT ALL!! Plus another 100 a month to park hundreds of yards from the actual building and in my two months living here my window has been broken/not closed fully since I moved in pouring in freezing air daily and my freezer hasn’t been fully operational either in 2 MONTHS either… Greg is obviously accustomed to low income projects and needs help ASAP at the Terrible Pierce Arrow Lofts."

"I couldn’t be more happier with the stay I had at pierce arrow lofts. I spent a little over a year here renting, and the entire staff was nothing but helpful & accommodating with everything that I needed or had questions about with the new building coming along. I also have a pet & can say that he enjoyed his time there as well. Everyone was friendly. The parking garage, gym, and the controlled access in & out of the building were major things for me when it came to amenities offered. I definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for something upscale & your own space without any distractions or noise. Anytime I’m in Buffalo I will also be staying at the Airbnbs they offer. "Here is what we are paying a PREMIUM for and cannot get out of: Management (NOT maintenance. Those poor guys are so nice) unresponsive. Our apartment wasn't ready when we moved here. Was told we would receive free garage parking (which was a few months late) yet have had to get it removed each month. Weird power outages. Elevator has been down multiple times. Blown circuits are a regular thing. Washer/dryer broken upon arrival. Lies at every turn. I have tried to be patient but the list continues to grow, we continue throwing our money out of the window, and we wish we could leave but are locked in to the biggest regret of all time."
