"Our introduction to 1275 Delaware and the TM Montante organization was with Scott Krajeski. Interested in a apartment for my daughter attending graduate school-my primary focus was a safe,clean, and well located property. Check,check, and check. Scott arranged for a tour of the model apartment as the building was still under construction, and then a meeting at his office. With many questions to follow our initial interaction- I found Scott to be a prompt, concise and efficient communicator. Email and text message responses were detailed oriented and follow through was never an issue. As a newly renovated building, everything was brand new. Each unit has very nice amenities/finishes. The building is on the edge of Gates Circle which is so close to the Elmwood village. From the point of signing the lease to receiving the "welcome package", Scott was engaged and focused. It was an enjoyable experience throughout the process. Based on our interaction-I would recommend working with him on the multiple properties he handles for TM Montante. He is the epitome of professional and courteous, Now two weeks after move-in, my daughter refers to her new apartment as HOME."
