"I have been here for 10 years allmost 11and could not ask for a better landlord. Margi takes care of every problem here!"

"I lived there one year from 2020 march till 2021 march. I had two neighbors downstairs and in front of my door they complained about my tow little kids, one was 4 years old and anther was only 6 years old . they complained two three times a week they said kids are running and screaming . usually kids do running and screaming , but we tried our best as parents, the manager of this property was always listened to them, she always says you are wrongs and neighbors are right she neve said any words positive about us always standing with neighbors .finally she said I do not give you anther lease and said leave the apartment at the end of the contract and it was March month everybody knows March is very cold in buffalo. I said the manager please gave me two more months till May, she said NO leave the apartment I requested to the manager again and again please gave at least two more months till Summer because it very cold and too much snow. i can not loading my staff, she said you have to leave even if you do not find the apartment go to the hotel .finally she kick me out . please think 100 times before you moving to this property"

"My family and I have lived here for the past 6 years and we couldn't be happier. Anytime we have an issue with anything in the apartment the maintenance crew is there fixing the issue in a very timely matter. We love the court yard for our kids to run around and play. We love using the basket ball court durning nice days for our kids to rollerblade or ride there bikes. The pool is also a wonderful feature during those hot summer days! During winter months you always see the crew and including Margie out shoveling the walkways and the front doors to the building. If you see them plowing the parking lot, if you move your car they run the plow in that spot for you. (Love this) Margie is a fantastic landloard. She is extremely caring and treats our kids as one of her own. We always see her out and around checking to make sure things are going well and always says good morning when she sees my girls. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone."

"I've lived here for 3 years now and love it. Clean and well maintained. Management is quick to respond with any issues we may have, and maintenance fixes anything wrong in a quick and professional manner. This is the best apartment complex that I've lived in, in many years. I work early in the morning and so I go to bed quite early, it is quiet at night and neighbors are respectful. In the winter management and maintenance staff are quick to respond with plowing the lots, and shoveling and salting the sidewalks and entrances to the building. They are very accommodating and will help anyone who needs it. I appreciate everything the team here does for my family and others."
