"I have been here 10 years and the landlord has raised the rent for the last few years and the things that really need to be fixed still haven't been fixed. I have told them about it several times and still nothing has been done and I don't think they will ever get fixed."

Come on man. I'm getting tired of people taking 2 parking spots due to holes and no lines in the parking spaces. Last winter I had to park on the side of the road due to this issue and got a ticket. We all pay our rent, and you make tremendous amounts of profit off of us and don't repair anything! Please look out for your loyal tenants. I'm sure we all would be happier."

"Maintenance workers are very lazy. The owner of the place is rude, had an incident where he had to contact me via phone and he was yelling(people in the car with me could hear him clear as day) and he wouldn't let me get a word in."
