"My husband and I moved into a lovely 1 bedroom apartment owned by CA Kaplan about 5 months ago now. We went through a huge haul moving up from Florida to NY. The staff and especially Lori was amazing at securing our apartment at such short notice when our personal circumstances were in upheaval and needing to move within weeks. Lori and her team went to extra lengths to have our apartment available earlier and on a weekend with a key available to us in a lockbox for when we finally arrived after our 3 day haul. All the staff interactions have been wonderful and friendly, looking forward to our time here and enjoying our wonderful new home that we call our little 'den' amongst the beautiful trees. There is ample parking space and the laundry room is conveniently right opposite our apartment, couldn't ask for a better spot. Sadly we don't have a sliding door that opens up onto a balcony like all the other apartments but we are ok with that. A major convenience that is included in our rent is the heating, we knew how cold it will get in winter and it was an important factor. After 5 months we are still extremely happy with our place. It is very quiet and people are nice. We only had to get one thing repaired and it was done easily and promptly. Loving the seasonal changes while enjoying an early morning walk around the building with all the beautiful scenery."

"I rented from CA Kaplan for a little over 3 years before buying a house with my family. My family really enjoyed living at the property we rented from them ! They have very nice rental units that are very reasonably priced and well taken care of. They did everything snow removal lawn care and they’re maintenance staff was also very friendly. Lori at CA Kaplan always made sure that if we ever had an issue with anything at our unit it was taken care of immediately ! I’m currently in the process of starting to get my house ready to go up on the market and I’ve already contacted Lori and told her I wanted to come back and try and get into one of the same units I had rented from her before and she was more then happy to help me out and welcome me back she never forgets a face ! I’ve always had a great experience with everyone at CA Kaplan and I highly recommend them if your looking for a clean, quite, affordable and well maintained rental property !"
