"Lost sworn statements and video evidence from neighbors and then started to roadblock me. I have recorded conversations that they in fact,.... lost the statements and video evidence. This would have helped me open a legal case against another resident for intimidating and harassing my significant other and her two young daughters.... Christine Church, Phil Curriere, Elizabeth Baker, Stacy Turner were all involved and were trying to pick and choose what they want to consider "harassment and bully and intimidation".... Congratulations.... congrats for being unprofessional via email, in-person, and phone calls. Christine Church, congrats on being promoted to president and finally answering my call from your cell phone because the few times calling your office the same day didnt work out.... (04/03/2023) I have recorded audio, video, emails, and blotter reports for anyone that would like to take a look at them.... they will do nothing but point the finger back at you.... pitiful."

"My kids rented their first place here. Paid rent on time every month. Never had company was always quiet. They screwed them on their deposit. Even though it was left perfect. They even had the carpets cleaned! Because they told them they are moving. But because it was not in writing to the landlord 30 days ahead of time. It don't count. But no one told them that until the last week. Not in the lease agreement anywhere. So now on top of keeping the deposit they want one more month rent. This place will take, take, take. Then put it on your credit score if you don't pay up!! Scammers. Also they own 15 other apt complex. Greedy people who don't really care about the renters. No matter how good they are."

"If you value privacy, I do not suggest renting a unit here. The walls, floors, ceilings are paper thin and you'll hear everything your neighbor is doing and vice versa. The floors are very squeaky so get an upper unit if you can. They're also cold and drafty in the winter and you'll have to crank up the heat to stay warm. The positives are that it's in a nice area, the staff is really great, and they allow pets, but that was not enough for me to stay. I lived in two different units and couldn't get out of there fast enough. I would not recommend this place."

"I recently moved into Spring Brook Apartments and I love it! The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The grounds are kept neat and clean, and well lit. Residents seem courteous and respectful as well. I have lived in other apt. complexes in BR and this is by far my favorite!"

"I had the pleasure of renting a 1BR apartment at Springbrook Apartments for 9 months while I worked in Rome, NY. Unfortunately my stay was cut short because of a layoff and I had to relocate, I wish I hadn't. Springbrook provides high-quality apartments and a wonderful service for it's residence. I was spoiled to pay what I paid for 1BR apartment and have all that space! They even let me out of my lease 3 months early, and returned my entire security deposit when I was laid off. Most places would hold you to it, Springbrook was understanding and accommodating. My only wish is that they had non-smoking buildings for residence. Everything else about the place was excellent!"
