"$1180 a month for a two bedroom. Took eight months for a working lock to be installed on an exterior door,. My unit got affected by a leaky pipe and they put a fan blowing on the carpet for less than a day and try to call it dry. Spent five weeks without being able to use the kitchen sink and dishwasher. Also spent a week with no hot water last month. Currently on day two with no heat, with “no ETA on when heat will be restored to the building”. Air conditioner has been broken since move-in in March 2023, dishwasher broke in July, and after waiting a week because “parts were on order”, I did my best to fix it myself. Multiple complaints for my apartment lock having issues over a few months culminated in me being locked out with my key, while my roommate inside couldn’t even unlock the deadbolt, and the on call service says I’m getting charged $60 for needing a lock out service. You can leave ten messages for the office and get no response. Bethany in the office tries her best, but the actual company that owns the property doesn’t care about anything except for making money and spending the bare minimum to keep things running. Windows were covered in mold when I moved in, the office didn’t bat an eye when I informed them nor when I said I’d clean it up myself. Make sure you have Zevo bug spray, you’ll see little roaches running around from time to time. Also, there’s such a high amount of good reviews because they give you a rent discount for leaving a five star review."
