"They told us that the apartment that we were applying for wouldn't be on the market for 2 months so we should apply to just see if we get accepted. But subsequently let others put a down payment on it a few days later. Then when I asked for a refund for my application they told me to deal with their lawyers and cussed me out on the phone. Don't rent from here terrible service."

"Honestly not worth it’s rent. Finding Something wrong everyday. Staff takes forever to respond to emails/messages regarding maintenance. Other than that, neighbors are nice; a good/safe neighborhood. Just not worth it."

"Do not move here! Management Lies, If you have any verbal agreement they will void that agreement even when you have proof! The place is disgusting there is garbage everywhere. If you call in a maintenance issue it will never be resolved. If they do come to fix something it will be half assed. I had a door on closet fixed that wasn't really fixed the door ended up falling off on its own and almost landed on my dog who is 6 lbs and would have died. Also if you have questions they will not answer the questions. The lady in the office is on a high horse! There is many nicer apartments in the area. Where you wont get treated poorly!!"

"I have lived here for almost a year and it is the most unbelievable place I have ever lived. mold is everywhere. they had to redo the basements because the mold is everywhere, they didn't even tear it all out to replace it the right way, they just covered it up, playground is a hazard waiting to happen for children. hallways are soooo dirty and if you have people above you can say goodbye to sleep. what they ask for is REDICULOUS! if you need something done their "24/7 maintenance" is more like 1 hour a week if that. when we moved here we dumped so much money to fix the place ourselves because they didn't even know how to fix it. my dad even had to show them how to replace a hose under the sink. the lawn gets mowed about once every other week. ITS TERRIBLE! CANT WAIT TO GET OUT OF HERE!"
