Pine Tree Apartments

"Visited a family member and noticed many code violations in and around the property. Trash dumpsters never seem to be emptied, the doors to the main entrance doors to the housing units have no locks on them... Spoke with several tenants and packages constantly being stolen and individuals who are not housed in the complex constantly hanging around in the hallways. Complaints of hypodermic needle caps found on the hallway floors. This place is a disaster.I plan on reporting this for sure. I would not recommend this site to anyone."

"I lived here for one year. I don't recommend. To the "owner" that replied to my rating saying you couldn't verify me as a resident, it's because my name is different on Google. Nice try tho. The rent for a two bedroom basement apartment was 775. They wanted another 475 to stay another year. I left. The apartment wasn't worth it to me. The upstairs neighbors were constantly stomping and banging, it drove me nuts."

"Beware! Pine Tree is under new and woefully inadequate management! I have been ignored by phone, text, email, and even "emergency hotline". There are multiple issues, from cat urine soaked floorboards, recent flea and bed bug infestations, and many other unbelievable issues... Look elsewhere!"

"The application process is a little weird. The woman when I called was initially pleasant. After having trouble w the online application I called back to try and explain I don't have a current address as I was originally moving out of state and have been staying w friends. She said to put my former address and every time I tried to tell her something she would just talk over me. When I asked her to stop she told not not to raise my voice and that she was canceling my app and hung up...it's now been 4 months and I was actually sent an approval letter for a Dec vacancy. When I have called to see what the status is though there is never anyone in the office and I get re-routed to the property managements office instead of apartment complex's. Each time being told how sorry they are no one on site has reached out and that they will relay my message...never have I ever gotten a call back from anyone."

"Maintenance is always good. Time from call to response is very quick. They keep you updated with e-mails from start to finish. Any calls to the office are handled quickly and with courtesy. Also, there is a tenant portal that is very useful. You can pay your rent make maintence requests there. They always notify you of any work being done on grounds and common areas. Office-tenant communication here is great."
