"We’ve been at Rivers Pointe since 10/22 and it’s been phenomenal. Mid-way thru my original lease we opted for a larger apartment and both Jamie and Alex made that transition seamless. Also, they go above and beyond in responding/following up on anything and everything. Rob, the maintenance supervisor always takes the time to explain everything happening and is very thorough. The community communication and events are pretty cool as well, everyone that works here takes pride in providing the best experience for tenants like myself/us. My girlfriend originally lived here when the community was very new and she didn’t have the best experience but she’ll be the first to explain how much better it is today w/ Jamie, Alex and Rob. Don’t let any of negative reviews do you disservice by not at least checking out Rivers Pointe, you won’t be disappointed. We’re glad to call this place home!"

"Have lived at Rivers Pointe for almost 2 years now and have had a great experience! The apartment units are great, the additional amenities like the gym and pool are well maintained, and the staff are extremely nice and host a bunch of extra events for residents. The location is also very central to just about any store you would need, but also set back far enough that the noise from the shopping center is never an issue. Overall would highly recommend leasing from Rivers Pointe."

"Our experience has been amazing. My family and I have been here at Rivers Pointe for almost a year. Our oldest daughters also have had an apartment in the next building for over a year. Our building is quiet and clean. We know there are many pets in our building, but we rarely hear any. It was almost like we had moved into a hotel. The office staff (my go to are) )Jamie and Alex) and maintenance team (John) are great and easy to talk with. As a result, maintenance repairs have been timely and well-communicated. The amenities are always clean and neat. Access to the theater, community room, and pool are wonderful additions. If you are looking for a clean, quiet, and friendly place to call home. We recommend Rivers Pointe. The location was what brought us here, but now it's the people that have us renewing again this year."
