"I've moved several times since relocating to the Syracuse Area due to dissatisfaction with other living arrangements, and Charter Oaks has been my best experience by far. The apartments are practical and well-kept upon move-in. The grounds are beautiful, the location is both quiet and convenient, and I always feel safe. The surrounding neighborhoods are perfect for walks. The management is incredibly helpful and reasonable, and the maintenance have always been prompt, friendly, and there for me when I needed them. I can't think of any criticism of the place that isn't a tiny nitpick. If I wasn't relocating again out of state, I would stay here forever. Thanks for a great few years!"

"This was the perfect apartment to move to. We lived there just over a year and could not have been happier with the whole experience. Nicole the apartment manager is amazing, super friendly and very accommodating to all of our needs. Nicole is always reachable and happy to help solve any problem. Maintenance is easy to get in contact with, fast, and fixes issues when in need. We loved the balcony that came with our apartment and enjoyed the greenery in the area. In the winter they plow the area every morning which makes it easy to get in and out of the community! I highly recommend the Charter Oaks to anyone relocating to the Liverpool/Syracuse area."

"I lived at Charter Oaks for almost 3 years and I enjoyed every minute of it. The manager Nicole Williams will make sure you are well taken care of. She is easy to talk to and very flexible as circumstances vary person to person. The maintenance crew was always wonderful and professional. It is in a convenient location that is clean and very accessible to Cicero and Syracuse. They are continually doing upgrades while maintaining reasonable rental rates! I highly recommend this apartment complex :)"

"Absolutely love it here! My boyfriend and I have been here for about 4 months and have had no issues. While moving our items in we were pleasantly greeted by neighbors who were very welcoming. It's a very safe, quiet neighborhood to live! Nicole, the appt manger is phenomenal. Any concerns, or if anything needs to be fixed its done right away. The pool is very well taken care of and great life guards!! I'd recommend Charter Oaks to anybody, any day!!"

"This is a great place to live, I lived there for over 2 years. Nicole the apartment manager is amazing, super friendly and very accommodating. Marvin head of maintenance is also amazing. He can fix anything in a timely manner and fix it properly, not just a bandage over the problem. The pet fee is also cheaper than most apartments in the area. The pool is always clean. I would highly recommend the Charter Oaks to anyone relocating to the Liverpool area."
