"Was able to get my Samsung A51 charging fixed for a short amount of time. She replaced the battery and charging port for $100 in September of 2023, (which is cheaper than places around) and phone worked and charged perfectly. Starting in November of 2023 my phone started saying it would be 8 hrs to full charge and now in December it's saying it will be up to 31 hours till full charge and won't charge past 60%. When I went back she said if I gave her another $80 she would order the new parts. The thing is I only paid around $175 for this phone 2 years ago. And it's a 4g. So I decided not to go through with this a second time. The point is that she should have replaced it for free, after she guarenteed me the first time that it would work 100% and I would have no problems with it. I'm disappointed because the battery is shot after only 2 months of getting a new one."

"Took my kids iPad to the apple store because it had a cracked screen, display was fine, they wanted to sell me a new iPad and wouldn’t repair or replace the screen. Walked out and this shop was right down the way. Very nice couple working and they said they could have it taken care of in 45 minutes. I stopped back after that time and they were just about done. I watched him put the iPad back together and it looks and works as it did before the cracks. I would recommend them. Saved me from buying a new iPad and contributing to more electronic waste."

"Paid $255 to get iPhone 12 screen replaced. Less than 30 days later screen is black. Went back to store and it was past the 14 day return and we would have to pay for another screen. Took phone to Verizon and was told that they used a after market screen that is not compatible with iPhone 12 and above. Don't waste your money !"

"ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY!!! We had an iPhone screen replaced there and the screen started to delaminate within a couple of weeks. Not only did they refuse to replace the screen, they also refused to give us the number to the manufacturer so we could discuss our issue with them directly since they refused at the store to stand behind their product. They hid behind their 14 day no exchange policy as justification not to stand behind what the sold us... $160. Plus tax down the drain! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere reputable."
