"I hit a pretty massive pothole that blew out both tires on my car, Broccolo was able to take care of my road hazard warranty despite being out of state. I had to come back after noticing a fender clip was broken and they immediately took a look. Very customer friendly and oriented. I will definitely come back if there is anything needed in the future."

"They overcharge and have poor service. I went to get two things done and they tried to get me to fix all these different things even after I insisted on only what I went there for. And just for those they charge me way too much for. When I went to go pick up my car they ignored me for a good bit of time. They didn't even acknowledge I was there until about 3 minutes of me standing there right in front of them. They also left the floor of my driver side dirty and I had to trash the paper mat they used."
