"Brought my Miele vacuum in to be serviced. It was relatively new and did not work. Candace is amazing. My vacuum was under warranty and Candace too care of everything. She figured out exactly what was wrong and got my vacuum back to me as soon as possible. Everyone in the store was so helpful and friendly. A real neighborhood treasure."

"There used to be a wonderful store in that location that sold a lot of household items from picture frames and light bulbs to storage cabinets and sleeper sofas. The selection was eclectic and the customer service always friendly and polite. I used to go there a lot even if I could find the same thing that I needed some other place for less. Now instead of a great neighborhood store we got a fancy warehouse filled with useless gizmos sold at ridiculous prices, staffed by a bunch of hipsters who have no idea how to treat a customer right."

"Being stuck in the city without home depot sucks, but fortunately we have this gem of a shop. They've manages to cram everything you could possibly need and I've visited multiple days and multiple times within the same day. All the staff were males, some young that may have never worked construction but they know how to find what you need in that crammed place. All courteous and professional. They're open late until 10 when all others close!"
