"I have been a loyal customer for a long time but after being mistreated too many times, I will not go back. She has delayed my appointment many times because she took a walk in right before. Most recently she called my daughter to confirm appt, who had been a regular customer as well, less than 20 minutes before her appointment that she had made weeks prior. My daughter confirmed that she would be there. When my daughter arrived, Tammy looked surprised at who she was and told her that Lucy had surgery on her hand and wasn’t back to work and told her to go to the guy there who we have tried and doesn’t do a nice job. Playing games bc didn’t tell her on the phone that Lucy wasn’t there. So she made another appointment for when Lucy was to return and left. When she returned for the appointment, she asked Tammy to reschedule my appointment for the next morning bc I had an unexpected funeral mass. Tammy said 4:00 and tell your mom to call me to confirm. My daughter was still there and told Tammy that I had texted that I would take the 4:00 and Tammy said ok. She must’ve forgotten to write it down bc she looked shocked when I came in and there was a walk in getting a pedicure and manicure to follow. She looked embarrassed and said I told your daughter to tell you to call me. Which wasn’t how they left off. Instead of apologizing and telling the truth she said “ I told your daughter I don’t know what to tell you”. So I left never to return. I had made original appt weeks in advance to be sure I had my nails done for my birthday which was 4 days before Christmas. She is greedy and will take anyone ahead of a loyal customer w an appointment. She tried to take advantage bc she knew that I had been flexible in the past when she double booked by mistake and I would say ok to change MY appointment. No more bs from you Tammy. Happy New Year"

"I’ve known Tammy, the owner for years and have been getting my nails done at her shop. She is very strict and runs a tight ship! She only hires highly skilled techs. She walks around the shop and checks to make sure the techs are doing an excellent job and that the customers are satisfied. My whole family goes to Tammy’s. I highly recommend this nail salon!"
