"May was friendly. However she did a horrible job. I got the powder gel manicure. It should last at least 2 weeks. It’s only been a little more than a week. My nails aren’t shiny anymore and they are starting to chip and crack."

"I went in a few weeks ago for an eyebrow and Brazilian wax since the woman I normally go to elsewhere wasn’t available. The woman waxing me was very nice and I mostly laid there staring at the ceiling or with my eyes closed as I normally do. It wasn’t until she was done that I looked over and realized there was only 1 dirty wax stick and the container with the clean ones was all the way in the corner, closed and out of reach. She did a full Brazilian on me using 1 stick, repeatedly dipping it back into the wax contaminating it as well as spreading whatever germs were in it to me. I was completely horrified. I regret now not saying anything but I’m not really the type to make a scene. But I will never go back there, not even for a manicure, because if they are using non hygienic practices to save a few pennies in one area then they must be doing it in others. Infections are no joke and this place is disgusting. It may look clean but I saw first hand that where it counts, it’s not. I told my regular waxer about this and she was horrified, and said it’s illegal. Think about all the tools used for manicures and pedicures… I would not trust that they are properly sterilized."

"Horrible! I went in and request to remove everything and do a manicure. They do not use soap and water for a manicure. Alcohol and lotion only is disqusting and simply nasty. They did not remove anything. The nails were not properly filed down. When i left there the wrap i wanted removed immediately started poping off. That means they didn't even remove anything. The women not only ask for tip but follow me out to my car to ask for tip money. What make them a joke is the fact that they knew how unhappy i was and still had the courage to ask for tip money. The place is clean inside but don't let that fool you."

"I’ve gone to this nail shop multiple times and it never fails to impress me! They give you such great care and get the job done. The workers are so kind too! Highly suggest coming for a great time and for an amazing experience!"
