"This update saddens me, for 2 years ive enjoyed this nail salon. but now its completly changed. Annie the owner sold the store, the new owners do not want anyone to know the store was sold and annie is not coming back. all past reviews are under annies ownership, she is not the owner and in those 2 months things have declined so rapidly. The new owners have yet to even introduce themselves to customers but the moment a service is done they run over to collect payment. They make making appointments very difficult as they want to share clients instead of building their own. If I call up and make an appt with a specific tech I expect that tech to do the services, they don't want that they will take the appointment then when you come in say the tech is booked or not in and someone else will do the service or say you never made an appointment. They have changed the products they use, and the quality is terrible.... TERRIBLE, I went from 4-5 weeks between appointments to 2-3 weeks. the current set I got 2 weeks ago have had to be fixed twice and the powder dip does not hold well. They fired almost all the old staff and bringing in friends, make changes that's your right but to lie to customers about current techs is wrong and misleading. The entire vibe of the place has changed, it used to be welcoming and fun and now its very weird and tense feeling. When one of the new owners came in (woman with very skinny legs and sits in Annies's chair now) the entire mood shifted, it felt dark, angry as if the air was sucked out the room. Currently Annie, Kara and Gina are gone and not coming back they were the 3 best techs, i used to rav about this place and drove over an hour away from my home for this salon but its not the same place and i can no longer give them my business. very sad."

"I have been a customer at Paris Nails for many years. Since Annie sold her business the shop atmosphere is different....I feel like I'm an inconvenience trying to make an appointment. The women who answer the phone try to schedule me with other nail techs when I ask to be scheduled with Kara--who was just fired for no reason. They will never see me in there again. Very sad to see a wonderful business destroyed."

"Sorry to say that i once highly recommended Paris nails to everyone but since Anne has sold the place the new owners are destroying a once very nice nail salon. They fired Kara and are trying to get you to use another inferior technician., plus they have changed there products so my nails are constantly breaking. So disappointing"

"Annie sold her business without letting her customers know. The new owner's tried to make me feel stupid when making an appointment and tried to make me use a new girl. I will not be going back and no longer recommend Pais Nails"

"Used to be the best place and then Annie sold it and the new owners are the WORST!!! Play? The atmosphere is completely different, awkward and uncomfortable. It is impossible to get an appointment and they try to make you schedule with whoever they want not who you request. The new products they are pushing are garbage and I went from lasting almost 5 weeks to 3 weeks max. They fired gina and Kara And I will never give them a penny of my money ever again. Do not go. Do not recommend."
