"9 out of 10 times that I make an appointment, they have someone sitting in my technicians chair, and they tell me to come back in 45 minutes. I stopped going there because of this very thing, they don’t honor appointments. They tell everybody that calls to come in whether they have Availability or not, then they try to push you off to get a pedicure while you’re waiting. It’s a shame because the technicians are good. But my time is valuable and if I make an appointment, I expect it to be honored."

"I’ve gone to this salon many times (10+) pre Covid, and just came back a couple of times again. I usually do dip powder, and have been always happy with my results. The technicians I’ve had have been patient, and kind with me and executed the designs I’ve asked for and I’m especially grateful for how they shape nails, I’m always nervous to change shapes and am obsessive with them all being perfectly the same, and they bare with me and make sure they get it done the way I’m happy with it :) Their spa pedicure is nice, I’m not sure how the price compares to other places, but for $45 it includes a 10 min foot massage, hot stone massage, parrafin, and of course pedicure. I treat myself to it once in a blue and it’s totally worth it. C was great! Linda and Angel have been my recent techs and were great. And looking around the salon everyone is treated well and is happy with their results."
