"Ryan explained everything about our damaged screen on our phone. He explained how it most likely happened. After verifying that he had the part he said it would take approximately 2 hours to repair. Since we live some distance away we decided to have it done at a later date. Ryan made out a work order so we could just walk in and have it repaired. When we arrived a few days later he explained his computer was froze and attempted to contact other stores to repair and return to his store. He was able to reboot his computer and repair our phone. Took a little longer than expected but we felt we were in good hands with Ryan. He even explained about various warranties which will be helpful with cost repairs in the future. All in all the cost was reasonable and the service excellent. I would definitely recommend Ryan to complete your phone repairs."
